Responsiblilites

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase restaurant revenue
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Conduct market research to understand trends and customer preferences
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to create attractive catering packages, special events, and loyalty programs
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Represent the restaurant at networking events and food industry expos
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably in hospitality, F&B, or related industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
