The Business Development Officer/Marketer will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our consulting services. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic marketing plans to promote our services.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Develop and execute marketing plans to promote consulting services.
Utilize social media and other digital marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Work closely with the consulting team to understand service offerings and client needs.
Qualifications/Requirement
Bachelor's degree.
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within a consulting company.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and strong client service orientation.
