Business Development Officer at Advantage Health Africa

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Officer to identify and acquire new customers, build strategic relationships, and drive business growth within assigned sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential targets
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online research
• Convert potential clients through negotiations and presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subscribers, groups, and organizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective customer acquisition and onboarding
• Communicate market feedback to inform business strategies
• Work synergistically with other departments to cross-sell AHA products

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of business development experience in healthcare or related industry
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desirable Qualities:

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing
• Knowledge of African healthcare market trends
