Business Development Manger at Hospital Assist Nigeria

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and set realistic goals for the achievement of business growth and expansion

• Carry out research and development activities in order to implement new market initiatives and increase existing client base

• Set goals for the business development team and design strategies to meet those goals

• Train employees on applicable marketing and customer service relations so as to attract new clients, retain existing clients and increase revenue 

• Implement a cost-effective system to allow for profit maximization

• Oversee the business operations of the radiology centre to ensure that policies, SOPs and code of conduct are implemented and complied with by all employees.

• Promote standard best practices in radiological service delivery

• Prepare detailed periodic reports that analyse the centre’s operational performance as requested by the Managing Director

Requirements

• Applicant should possess at least a BSC/HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any other related field

• Previous Experience in Business development or similar role within the healthcare sector will be a huge advantage. 

• Possess at least 2 years minimum work experience in the above stated or similar roles

• Applicants residing in Makurdi will be considered first based on location
