Client Account management and onboarding and Management
Canvassing corporates and users for the eTranzact collections channels
Merchant & Partner Support. issue management and reporting
Business revenue assurance. reconciliation and reporting
PSG Business platform monitoring
Weekly Departmental budget tracking
Work Experience Requirement
Experience in tech/fin-tech solution Business sales and marketing.
Must have experience in Payments, social interventions and disbursement
Exceptional knowledge and skill in client service and Customer satisfaction.
