    Job Description

    • We're seeking an experienced Business development manager who will drive growth, identify opportunities, build relationships, and execute strategies to boost revenue and expand business.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify new business opportunities and growth areas
    • Transform non-generating and underperforming ventures into commercially viable, profit-making enterprises
    • Market OOPL ventures and seek partnership with viable and reasonable companies
    • Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and growth
    • Collaborate with teams to achieve business goals

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • 7-10 years in business development, sales, or related role, with proven growth results
    • Strategic thinking & planning
    • Relationship building & networking
    • Sales & negotiation skill
    • Market analysis & research
    • Communication & presentation skill
    • Excellent Proposal writing skill
    • Leadership & collaboration.
