    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary:

    • Growthill Limited is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a minimum of 4 years experience in the real estate sector to drive property sales, build strategic partnerships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base and increasing revenue.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate market.
    • Generate and manage leads, converting prospects into buyers or investors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive property sales.
    • Conduct market research and provide insights on emerging opportunities.
    • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 4 years experience in business development or sales within the real estate industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales or revenue targets.
    • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
