Business Development Manager - Equipment at Uni-Medical Healthcare Ltd Nigeria

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
• Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
• Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.
• Accurately interpret policies and procedures, model them and hold others accountable for following them consistently.
• Preparing accurate and timely sales reports
• Analyze market trends and training and mentoring staff, to creating and implementing strategies to reach targets
• Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
• Developing specific plans to ensure growth - both long and short-term
• Achieving personal revenue targets.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree with 7 - 10 years work experience
