    Business Development Manager

    Position Overview:

    • We are currently in search of an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our esteemed team.
    • The ideal candidate will assume responsibility for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating robust client relationships, and spearheading growth initiatives to bolster our market presence both internationally and locally.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Identify and Develop Business Opportunities:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
    • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities for business expansion.
    • Liaising with necessary governmental bodies to acquire necessary certifications and permits.

    Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to address them.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights and recommendations to support their business goals.

    Strategic Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
    • Identify key market segments and target demographics, and develop strategies to penetrate and capture market share.
    • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, design, and operations, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions and value propositions to meet customer's needs and drive business growth.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, progress, and results to management.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related role.
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think strategically, analyse data, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.
    • Experience with CRM software and other relevant business development tools and technologies.
