Business Development Executive at Platinum Choices Limited

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our team. We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. The Business development executive will be responsible for managing key strategic partnerships, finding and retaining clients, bringing sales and growth to the company.

Responsibilities:

• Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Requirements:

• BSc/ HND/relevant in marketing, business administration, or similar. (Additional qualifications will be an added advantage)
• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-year post-NYSC Business Development working experience with successful key accounts winning track record and capacity, preferably in the visa and travel sector.
• Must be a computer literate/ Social media savvy
• Should have an outgoing personality with the ability to make friends and interact with new people on the spot.
• Be quick to identify opportunities, create and execute plans leading to the conversion of such opportunities to results.
• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
• Neat, well-groomed appearance and great networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills and emboldened by challenges.

Preferably between ages 23-30 years.

Full-time position

Salary Range: NGN85,000 – NGN100,000
