    Business Development, Credit and Prepaid Card Executive

    Job Purpose

    • Developing concepts to drive business growth and increase profitability.
    • Identifying new opportunities and managing existing relationships to promote product adoption

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development

    • Identify new business and market opportunities by developing new products, services, and lines of business.
    • Develop business value propositions through creation of business cases for new offerings.
    • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts to attract new clients.
    • Identify prospective leads in target markets and convert them through the sales cycle to successful onboarding.
    • Develop proposals and presentations in response to customer requests.
    • Champion pre-sales efforts including presentations, workshops, seminars, advisory services, and partner engagements.
    • Understand customer requirements and collaborate with product development, project management, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.

    Financial Analysis

    • Forecast revenues in alignment with projected income targets.
    • Spearhead operational activities to ensure achievement of set budget.
    • Collaborate with the Business Value Realization (BVR) team to ensure seamless transition from project completion to revenue generation.

    Client Account Management

    • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all MOUs, NDAs, SLAs, and OLAs are executed and kept up to date.
    • Partner with the BVR team to ensure delivery of intended benefits and achievement of measurable outcomes.
    • Negotiate contract terms with customers.
    • Deliver customer-focused sales and account management by integrating feedback into product development and post-sales engagement.
    • Align with customer objectives to help them achieve KPI targets and close process gaps.
    • Coordinate training sessions to address operational issues and reduce customer churn.

    Market Research and Development

    • Monitor the market landscape, including trends, competitors, and developments in the payments industry.
    • Research, plan, and execute new market initiatives.
    • Conduct market research and track both external and internal verticals to uncover new development opportunities.

    Strategic Imperatives

    • Set goals and develop strategies to capture business opportunities.
    • Lead product discovery initiatives that support product development and business growth.
    • Drive internal and external engagements, including facilitation of executive-level meetings and strategic sessions.
