    Business Development and Partnerships Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • End to End Implementation of existing partnership projects.
    • Coordinate the draft of partnership frameworks.
    • Ensure compliance with approved partnership framework.
    • Monitor the deliverables and timelines of partnership projects.
    • Identify potential partners and their respective business needs.
    • Proffer solutions, services, products that can be designed for potential clients.
    • Establish and maintain relationship with existing and potential clients.
    • Customer relationship management.
    • Develop a sizeable portfolio of clients from various sectors of the economy.
    • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
    • Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
    • Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
    • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
    • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 4 - 5 years of experience in Business Development & Partnerships.
    • Proven track record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
    • Experience working with clients in the public sector & NGO’s is required.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
