    Business Developer

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the agricultural sector
    • Build and maintain relationships with farmers, distributors, and partners

    • Negotiate contracts and close business deals

    • Expand market presence and customer base
    • Collaborate with operations and production teams
    • Develop partnerships with government agencies and stakeholders
    • Prepare proposals, pitches, and business plans
    • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments
    • Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Identify funding, grants, or investment opportunities
    • Support product development based on market needs
    • Organize and attend industry events and exhibitions
    • Track performance metrics and prepare reports
    • Drive strategic alliances and collaborations
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations
