The Brand & Marketing Manager is accountable for:
- Brand strategy and positioning
- Marketing campaign effectiveness
- Product messaging and launches
- Market visibility and demand creation
- Consistent brand governance across all touchpoints

Required skills and competencies:
- Strong brand and marketing strategy expertise
- FMCG/manufacturing marketing experience
- Data-driven decision making
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial results
Requirements
- 5–8 years in brand and marketing roles
- Experience managing campaigns and teams
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing is a strong advantage.
