This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookstore Manager located in Garki 2, Abuja.
The Bookstore Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales.
Additional responsibilities include managing store staff, ensuring the store is well-maintained, and implementing in-store promotions and marketing strategies.
Requirements
Minimum of HND qualification / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
3 – 5 years’ experience in retail store supervision or management (preferably in a bookstore or lifestyle retail brand).
Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good knowledge of sales reporting, inventory control, and POS management.
Must be resident in or around Garki 2, Abuja.
Proficiency with digital tools and retail systems (POS, MS Excel, ERP) is an advantage.
Experience in Customer Service and Retail Management.
Proficiency in Inventory Management and Sales.
Strong Store Management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
