Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled Barista who is passionate about coffee and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee equipment and workstations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a reputable café, Fine Dining, or Casual Dining establishment.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and coffee preparation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
