YellowDoor Hotels is Abuja's boutique hotel for business executives and discerning travelers. As Porter, you are the first face guests see and the last they remember. This role suits someone who takes genuine pride in warm, efficient service, knows Abuja inside out, and holds themselves to an impeccable standard every shift.

YOUR MISSION

• Greet arriving and departing guests and handle luggage within 3 minutes
• Provide confident local recommendations, directions, and landmark knowledge
• Keep the lobby and entrance spotless, orderly, and welcoming at all times
• Support concierge tasks including reservations and light errands as needed
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest requests quickly

WHAT YOU BRING

• Guest luggage handling

• Physical fitness and stamina
• Grooming and uniform compliance

Nice-to-have
