Reports To: Director of Food & Beverage / Restaurant & Bar General Manager
Direct reports: Assistant Bar Manager, Head Bartender, Bartenders, Bar Supervisors, Bar Servers, Barbacks.
Position Summary
The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s bar and lounge venues, ensuring the highest standards of guest service, beverage quality, and operational efficiency. This role demands a dynamic and engaging professional with a passion for luxury hospitality, exceptional mixology knowledge, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
The Bar Manager will drive beverage innovation, uphold brand standards, manage profitability, and ensure a refined guest experience consistent with the prestige of a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in bar or beverage operations within luxury hotels, premium restaurants, or upscale nightlife venues.
Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, mixology, and beverage trends.
Strong understanding of beverage costing, inventory control, and procurement.
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of local licensing laws and health & safety standards.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Guest-centric mindset with a flair for hospitality.
Creativity in beverage design and presentation.
