    Supervisor

    We are seeking a proactive and effective Operations Supervisor to manage and lead a team responsible for the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. The Supervisor will be the primary point of contact for team members, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, quality standards are met, and company policies are consistently followed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of [Specify team size/type of staff, e.g., 5-10 staff members]. Conduct daily briefings, assign tasks, and manage staff schedules, timekeeping, and attendance.
    • Operational Oversight: Monitor daily workflow, inspect work in progress, and ensure all operational procedures are executed according to standard guidelines (SOPs).
    • Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity within the team and facility.
    • Training & Development: Identify training needs, provide on-the-job coaching, and conduct performance reviews to develop team skills and competencies.
    • Problem Resolution: Act as the first escalation point for operational issues, equipment breakdowns, and internal conflicts, resolving problems quickly to minimize disruptions.
    • Reporting: Prepare accurate daily/weekly reports on operational performance, labor hours, incidents, and deviations from the plan for upper management.
    • Compliance & Safety: Ensure the entire team adheres strictly to all company policies, as well as health and safety regulations.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably within [Specify Industry, e.g., Manufacturing, Retail, or Logistics].
    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or professional certification in Operations Management or a related field is a plus.
    • Skills: Proven ability to lead, delegate, and manage time effectively. Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and oral/written communication skills.
    • Technical Proficiency: Competency in using [Specify relevant software, e.g., MS Office, Inventory Management Software, POS systems].
