Waiter/ Waitress at Newchip Technologies

• We are searching for enthusiastic, customer-focused Waiters and Waitresses to join our team in Ikeja. 
• We operate on a shift-based schedule, requiring flexibility to cover various hours, including busy weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout the service area.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, provide knowledgeable recommendations on the menu, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Process customer payments accurately, managing both cash and card transactions.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and turned over quickly to maintain efficient service flow.
• Collaborate actively with colleagues to ensure seamless operation during peak hours.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience (or proven aptitude) as a Waiter, Waitress, or in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• A professional, friendly, and well-groomed appearance.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a patient, positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on shifts (Mondays through Saturdays, and sometimes Sundays, as needed).
• Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in or around the Ikeja area.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods.
