    Assistant Human Resource Manager

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Responsibilities

    • Strong strategic thinking ability in order to focus on the big picture for the company
    • Strong management skills with a high degree of professionalism & maturity
    • A deep understanding of business and strategic HR principles
    • Ability to develop and integrate HR strategies and initiatives with organizational business strategies
    • Demonstrated ability as a consultant/negotiator to influence company personnel at all levels
    • Working knowledge of Human Resources laws and regulations as well as global best practices
    • Able to coach, mentor, lead and collaborate with subordinates and other team members effectively
    • Knowledge of Employment Services Administration objectives, employment service laws, policies, rules, regulations, procedures and practices
    • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with government officials, private industry officials, professional personnel and others
    • Able to instruct, delegate, direct and evaluate employees
    • Able to maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence related to the work
    • Able to communicate effectively and maintain favorable public relations on behalf of the department & the Company
    • Must be able to multi-task; capable of handling several issues at the same time to deliver results and meet desired deadlines.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences or related field of study
    • Possession of a Masters in Human Resources or related degree is an added advantage
    • A professional qualification of CIPMN, CIPD, SHRM and other recognized HR professional Institutions is essential
    • Minimum of seven (7) years cognate work experience with at least two (2) years experience preferably as the key position of an HR Department in a Healthcare organisation, within a reputable and structured business environment, or multinational corporation
    • Additional business partner in HR role. Medical Diagnostics background.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook
    • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Word.

    Salary
    N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
