    Assistant Human Resource Manager

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Responsibilities

    • Strong strategic thinking ability in order to focus on the big picture for the company
    • Strong management skills with a high degree of professionalism & maturity
    • A deep understanding of business and strategic HR principles
    • Ability to develop and integrate HR strategies and initiatives with organizational business strategies
    • Demonstrated ability as a consultant/negotiator to influence company personnel at all levels
    • Working knowledge of Human Resources laws and regulations as well as global best practices
    • Able to coach, mentor, lead and collaborate with subordinates and other team members effectively

    • Minimum of seven (7) years cognate work experience with at least two (2) years experience preferably as the key position of an HR Department in a Healthcare organisation, within a reputable and structured business environment, or multinational corporation
    • Additional business partner in HR role. Medical Diagnostics background.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook
    • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Word.

    Salary
    N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.

    Medical Officer

    Location: Ogba, Lagos

    Job Responsibilities

    • Contributing clinical expertise to patient care and providing guidance to junior physicians.
    • Performing administrative duties and risk management.
    • Ensuring the highest standards in patient care is maintained.

    Work Hours

    • A 6 weeks roaster with 11 days off and 8 days short hours duties of 4-5 hours.
    • Morning Shift: 8am - 5pm
    • Night Shift: 5pm - 8am.

    Salary

    • N170,000 monthly.

    Project Manager

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee the architectural design and construction efforts
    • Conduct market research and facilitate design review and build planning meetings
    • Approve design specifications and develop purchase justifications for materials where necessary
    • Review proposals and solicitations and coordinate with field personnel
    • Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes
    • Review contractor performance for conformance to contract and authorize invoices for payment

    Registered Nurse

    Location: Ogba, Lagos

    Job Responsibilities

    • Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
    • Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
    • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
    • Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
    • Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
    • Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.)
    • Provide instant medical care in emergencies
    • Assist surgeons during operations
    • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families

    Requirements

    • BSc Degree or other Diploma from a Nursing program
    • Proven experience as a registered nurse (single or double qualified)
    • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
    • Excellent knowledge of emergency care
    • In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
    • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Responsible and compassionate
    • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
    • Valid nursing license
    • The candidate should reside around Ikeja - Ogba axis.

    Remuneration

    • Single experienced qualified: N65,000 - 70,000 naira monthly.
    • Double experienced qualified: N85,000 - 90,000 naira monthly.
