Organize on-site construction according to the project plan, effectively managing and coordinating equipment, personnel, and materials for each asphalt pavement team.
Control construction techniques for all asphalt pavement processes and guide foremen in their tasks.
Manage and caculate for construction costs, ensuring all materials are used within standard.
Oversee quality and safety, conducting regular inspections and solving issues independently.
Adhering to the regulations and fulfilling other assigned tasks by the project.
Skill Requirements
Individuals aged between 35 and 45 with backgrounds in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, and Project Management.
Hold a valid COREN certification.
Preference will be given to candidates holding certifications such as HSE, and PMP.
Proficiency in computer usage and English business correspondence writing skills are required.
Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in road and bridge construction, including at least 5 years of asphalt pavement construction management.
Demonstrate strong skills in planning, execution, coordination, and interpersonal communication.
Essential qualities include proactiveness, teamwork, strategic thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility.
The position requires long-term work in NIGER state.
Fixed work location, but frequent business trips may be required.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
Bsc and above in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, and Project Management.
