Marketing & Content Creator at Denam Properties Ltd

About the Role

Denam Apartment Limited is seeking a creative, results-driven, and digitally savvy Marketing & Content Creator to lead our digital presence, create engaging content, increase brand visibility, generate enquiries, and drive bookings.

The ideal candidate should have strong social media experience, excellent content creation skills, a good understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to translate the apartment's offerings and guest experiences into compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create high-quality photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, graphics, stories, and promotional materials.
• Develop and manage weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Write engaging captions, marketing copy, promotional messages, and campaign concepts.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and grow followers, engagement, enquiries, and bookings.
• Create content showcasing apartments, amenities, facilities, guest experiences, events, and special offers.
• Support paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Engage with customers by responding to comments, enquiries, and direct messages professionally.
• Develop campaigns promoting seasonal offers, corporate stays, packages, discounts, and special experiences.
• Monitor digital marketing trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Maintain consistency with the company's brand identity and messaging.
• Encourage guest reviews, testimonials, referrals, and user-generated content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, hospitality, lifestyle marketing, or a related field.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Experience in hospitality, short-let apartments, hotels, real estate, tourism, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.
• A demonstrable portfolio of social media content, campaigns, photography, videos, or previous marketing projects.
• Must Be Located In Abuja

Technical Skills

Candidates should be comfortable using:

• Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Canva
• CapCut or similar video-editing tools
• Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager
• Google Analytics or other analytics tools
• Social media scheduling tools
• Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and basic photography/videography equipment is an advantage.
