Operations Manager at a Reputable Company

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and drive operational excellence, efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business and operational activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure effective execution and delivery of projects and contracts.
• Lead operations, technical, procurement, logistics, and support functions.
• Monitor operational performance, budgets, costs, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Build and lead high-performing operational teams.
• Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions.
• Support senior management in business growth and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate/professional qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, with substantial experience in a senior operational management role.
• Proven experience managing oil and gas servicing operations, projects, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of HSE, quality management, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency, control costs, and deliver projects successfully.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong commercial awareness, integrity, and results-oriented mindset.
