Role Overview

• As an Area Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the service operations of multiple automotive service centers within a designated area.
• Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales target.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealership, distributors and key customers.
• Communicate clearly to stake holders on the company’s product and promotions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay informed about the latest features, specifications and benefits of the company’s automobile products.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.
• Daily sales and marketing for assigned area.
• Daily customer interaction, e.g. Mileage test, fleet owners meet, sub dealers visit.
• Daily review with business manager for any operational issue and actualization of set targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports to improve products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in automotive service management, with a focus on leadership and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to travel within the designated area.
