    Administrator

    Job Summary:

    • Creaniacs Talent Management is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Secretary/Administrator on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the organization, ensuring efficiency, and supporting the team to achieve its goals. The candidate must possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and coordinate office activities to ensure smooth operations.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, handling inquiries professionally.
    • Organize, schedule, and manage appointments, meetings, and events for management.
    • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality.
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
    • Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement to avoid shortages.
    • Support the management team by handling travel arrangements and itineraries.
    • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other official materials as needed.
    • Monitor office equipment and ensure timely maintenance or repairs.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
    • Address and resolve administrative challenges promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with team members to create and implement efficient workflows.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced organization.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
    • Must reside within or be willing to relocate to Ikotun-Igando, Lagos.
