    Administrative Officer (NYSC)

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to oversee daily office operations, ensure efficient administrative processes, and provide support across departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a productive work environment and ensuring smooth business operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
    • Handle correspondence, emails, and office communications
    • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
    • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
    • Support HR functions such as onboarding and staff records
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
    • Oversee maintenance of office facilities and equipment

    Requirements

    • BA/BSc/HND in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field
    • 1–5 years of experience in an administrative role
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

    Preferred Skills (Optional)

    • Experience with office management tools and systems
    • Basic knowledge of HR or finance processes
    • Strong time-management skills
