Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our Human Resources department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in core human resources d functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding activities for new hires (documentation, orientation, etc.)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation
• Respond to internal HR inquiries and provide administrative support
• Help with payroll data preparation and leave tracking
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0 –1 year experience post NYSC experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
