    Administrative Officer

    • JOB SUMMARY:
    • Provide general office administration, support to all departments and units
    •  
    •  

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Maintenance of company assets
    • Ensure company assets are in good condition
    • Liaise with technicians/artisans for the repairs of company assets
    • Liaise with vendors/suppliers and other service providers
    • Ensure licenses/rates/rents are renewed on time
    • Maintain a schedule of company assets
    • Coordinate the activities of drivers and support staff
    • Ensure cost optimization
    • Ensure TAT efficiency in the Admin department
    • Record keeping of all asset repairs
    • Procurement of office equipment and consumables
    • Carry out any other task as may be assigned by the Divisional Head, of Risk and Management.
