Executive Director at BOAID Humanitarian Foundation (BOAID)

Purpose / Objective of the Position

• The Executive Director will provide overall strategic, operational, and programmatic
• leadership to BOAID Humanitarian Foundation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide transparent, accountable, and high-integrity leadership.
• Lead strategic planning and implementation.
• Oversee programs and operations.
• Work closely with the Board of Directors.
• Represent BOAID to donors and partners.
• Strengthen internal systems and resource mobilization.

Education and Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of ten (10) years of senior nonprofit management experience.
• Experience working with a Board of Directors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrable organizational Leadership and Management skills
• Business Development expertise
• Financial Management Insight
• Resource mobilization and donor relation
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Stakeholder engagement and cultural sensitivity
• Strong background in humanitarian Networking, Access negotiation and Strong background in humanitarian Networking, Access negotiation and Representation skills
• Problem Solving and Decision-Making capabilities.
• Team Building and Human Resource Management
• Strong commitment to Boaid mission and objectives and a good understanding of the public policy regulatory system.

• Return all BOAID property at contract end.
