    Admin and Account Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin and Accountant to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing administrative operations and financial activities to ensure the smooth running of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities
    Administrative Functions:

    • Oversee daily administrative operations to enhance efficiency.
    • Develop and maintain office systems, policies, and procedures.
    • Supervise and mentor staff to meet organizational goals.
    • Handle client and vendor relations professionally.

    Accounting Functions:

    • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy.
    • Prepare and monitor budgets to support financial goals.
    • Conduct regular financial audits and generate monthly and annual reports.
    • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filings.
    • Process payroll and maintain accurate financial records.

    Strategic Planning and Reporting:

    • Provide actionable insights through data analysis and financial reporting.
    • Collaborate with management to support decision-making.

    Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
    • Manage risk by maintaining financial and administrative discipline.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
