The ideal candidate will support business growth by sourcing new clients, managing relationships, and driving revenue across logistics and operating lease services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in trucking logistics, international trade, and operating lease services
Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through research, networking, and cold calling
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Present company solutions and prepare proposals and sales materialsConduct market research and monitor competitor activities
Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline status
Use CRM tools to track client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
2 – 4 years experience in business development or sales within logistics or leasing
Strong understanding of logistics operations and leasing services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
