Job Description

• We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a smart, detail-oriented, and analytical Accounts Internto join our Finance Teamand gain practical experience in accounting and financial administration.
• This opportunity is ideal for a corps member seeking hands-on experience in accounting within a structured manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions.
• Support the preparation and filing of accounting documents and records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Help reconcile bank statements and financial records.
• Maintain accurate filing systems for invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Support stock and inventory reconciliation processes.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules.
• Perform data entry and update accounting records as required.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Department.

Qualifications / Experience

• Must be a current NYSC Corps Member seeking PPA.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel(a must).
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
• Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
