Graduate Trainee at Nonsman Global Systems Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and develop strong knowledge of the Company's products, brands, specifications, features, and SKUs.
• Understand product categories, pricing, stock availability, and product differences.
• Participate actively in product and sales training sessions.
• Learn the Company's sales processes, customer service standards, and inventory procedures.
• Assist with stock identification, counting, arrangement, documentation, and reconciliation during training.
• Support the Sales and Inventory teams with assigned daily activities.
• Learn how to use the Company's ERP and other relevant systems.
• Develop the ability to recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Assist customers and respond to product-related enquiries under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling of product and stock information.
• Complete assigned assessments, product tests, and practical exercises.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in product knowledge, accuracy, communication, and work performance.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in Sales, Customer Service, Inventory, or Retail Operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and retain a large amount of product information.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn, take instructions, and work as part of a team.
• High level of discipline, integrity, and accountability.
