Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty and wellness, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, and able to maintain high standards of professionalism, hygiene, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional spa treatments, including facials, body massages, body scrubs, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable skincare and wellness treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict hygiene and infection control standards.
• Educate clients on treatment procedures and aftercare.
• Monitor treatment products and report low stock levels.
• Participate in approved photo and video content creation for the company\'s social media platforms.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Spa Therapy, or a related field (professional certifications are an added advantage).
• 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or Beauty Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of facial and body treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Good customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
