Location: Ojo, Lagos

Job Description

• Book-keeping duties including maintaining petty cash, banking cheques, processing
• Regular filing of financial records and documentation
• Prepare reports to budget and check for unexplained variances
• Bank Reconciliations
• Maintain and update payroll records
• Prepare monthly payroll run
• Assist with the induction of new staff
• Maintain adequate supplies of stationary and general office supplies
• Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
• Perform other task as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, BSc or HND qualification with 1 - 3 experience.
• Excellent written and Communication skills
• Must be a computer literate
• Superb organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must have good analytical skills.
