• At the moment we're looking for a Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at InterContinental Lagos.
• This role, reports directly to the Food and Beverage Manager, InterContinental Lagos and would be working together with his/her Direct Report in managing Food and Beverage operations to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique .
• You will also assist in  ensuring compliance of health, safety or other requirements with all Federal, State and Local regulations as well as ensure staff are properly trained on quality and service standards, have the necessary tools and are empowered to carry out job duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma preferably in Hotel Management or related fields
• Minimum of 10 years’ of related experience, 5 of which must be at senior/ Management  Level
• A good team leader and player
• Good knowledge of hospitality industry
