Job Description

• Develop, communicate and supervise the execution of sales plans and strategies for the assigned territory/region
• Identify and explore new sales opportunities;
• Open and develop new markets for the sales of company's products;
• Enlist new distributors and develop them to increase the volumes of their sales.
• Gather market intelligence and report to the management;
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets of the company in the assigned territory;

Skills and Education

• Must have 5 - 10 years experience in Sales of Sliced & Loaf Breads
• Holder of HND/B.SC. in Marketing or other disciplines
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Honest and transparent
