Agronomist (Oil Palm, Coconut & Plantain Specialist)

Job Summary
- Astracrest is seeking a skilled and experienced Agronomist to manage and oversee crop production across our agribusiness real estate projects.
- The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in cultural crop practices and production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and supervise crop production activities
- Manage cultivation of oil palm, banana, coconut, and arable crops
- Monitor soil health, irrigation, pest and disease control
- Provide technical guidance on best agronomic practices
- Conduct field inspections and ensure optimal crop yield
- Maintain accurate farm records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field
- Proven experience in oil palm, banana, coconut, and arable crop production
- Strong knowledge of modern farming techniques and inputs
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations
- Good reporting and communication skills.
