Responsibilities

• Ensure all preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and condition monitoring is done to ensure 100% availability of all Electrical Equipment.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively to reduce or eliminate downtime. 
• Ensure completion of ISO (9001, 14001,45001 & 50001) documentation work and take lead of Audit.
• Prepare root cause analysis for machine failure and advise on preventive measures to avoid reoccurrence.
• Initiate cost savings and technical suggestion for improvement of machine performance.

Qualifications

• B. Eng/B. Tech or HND in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of QMS, EMS & OHSAS. 
• IT & Computer knowledge
• Sound knowledge of power generation and distribution system
• Familiar with SAP Asset Maintenance System

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Warehouse Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective warehouse policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
• Provide support to all team members in all aspects of warehouse issues.
• Exceptional knowledge about ABC/XYZ/FSN analysis/FIFO&FEFO
• Excellent knowledge of inventory management. 
• Excellent knowledge of ISO standard. 
• Excellent knowledge of SAP-MM/Other ERP, related to warehouse.
• Must pay attention to details and have a good problem-solving skill
• Proficiency in excel, power point is required.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess bachelor’s degree or HND in any related discipline and have experience in Warehouse Management function in manufacturing industries with a minimum of 5years relevant experience.
