Required Tasks
> Serve as a supply chain planner to forecast demand, & create supply plans that ensure availability of materials / products.
> Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
> Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality.
> Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
> Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.
Qualifications & Key Attributes
> Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or related courses.
> Master's degree in related courses as an added advantage.
> Must be reliable, responsible, dependable, and willing to fulfilling obligations.
> Ability to analyze information using logic to address workrelated issues and problems.
> Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
> Adaptability/Flexibility - Open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace.
> Willingness to lead, take charge, offer opinions and direction.
> Age 28 - 35 years old
> Experience: 5 years as a Supply Chain Mgr.
