• Expanding existing and developing new client networks
• Originating new client engagements that fit the strategy of the organization
• Actively leading in outreach and business development opportunities and market full range of services to prospective clients
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with current and potential corporate partners in order to generate business opportunities
• Communicating regulatory, financial information and complex strategic issues relating to financial services industry
• Serving as internal and external thought leader by participating in key industry conferences, being interviewed by journalists and other avenues to generate exposure and build brand
• Ensuring staff development and retention, staff productivity and efficient management of the team which will result in superior customer service, customer retention and increased profitability of the organization.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10-12years relevant financial experience, including a minimum of 4 years experience at senior management level
• Independent , self- motivated and entrepreneurial
• Excellent problem solver and strong analytic ability
