    Health Communication Coordinator, Women's Health Project/Maternal & Child Health/Reproductive Health (WHP/MCH/RP)

    Job Profile

    • This is a Senior Officer position reporting to the Territorial Manager with a dotted reporting line to the Women’s Health Project (WHP) Programme Manager.
    • The successful candidate(s) will lead the implementation of Maternal and Child Health/Reproductive Health (MCH/RH) activities and/or interventions at the regional level.
    • With the support of the Territorial Manager, the staff member will coordinate and ensure the successful implementation of all demand generation and MCH/RH activities within the designated region.

    Qualifications/Experience

    • A first degree in Health/Biological Sciences, Social Sciences, Pharmacy or Communication Arts.
    • Must have at least 3 years post NYSC work experience on similar job.
    • Possess basic knowledge of MCH/RH services
    • Candidates should be able to communicate proficiently in the dominant language of the region.
    • S/He must be attuned to and be comfortable with the culture/traditions of the people.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, report writing and mentoring skills
    • Supervisory, relationship management/advocacy skills and mentoring skills
    • High level of integrity.
