Main Duties include: Consultants and Advisors of the Programme Support Group will be responsible for driving a proactive agenda that supports at least ONE of the offerings of the broad areas we are involved in with senior management of the programmes. In addition to that, they will work closely with key stakeholders in order to assure the delivery of an effective and well-coordinated solution that is consistent with our policies and the roles we play within the programmes. PSG members will attend and participate in programme planning meetings and support the implementation of initiatives in specific work streams within their area of specialty. Qualified candidates should possess the following: Interested persons must have at least 7 years practical experience and proven track record with applicable knowledge in at least ONE of the listed offerings under the broad technical areas. Ability to turn policy objectives into actionable, implementable plans and ideas is required for the job. Strong communication skills (demonstrably high levels of writing ability), as well as excellent people management skills, with the sensitivity and understanding of sociopolitical nuances is mandatory in these roles. Practical experience in managing relationships with stakeholders, particularly at varying levels of Government is also required.
