Key Accountabilities
Coordinate the provision of needed office equipment and supplies with cost efficiency
Ensures timely repairs/replacement of all office and factory infrastructure i.e. electrical facilities and systems, cooling systems and plumbing systems
Oversee the competition and perform quality inspections of work done by workmen
Inspect and monitor use of company facilities and assests
Oversees the activities of all the office drivers
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Strong attention to details and accuracy
Good supervisory skill
Good report writing skill
Impeccable character and integrity
Educational & Experience Requirement
Minimum of 8years work experience in the same role
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
