- Wholesale distribution of a global brand of consumer product in B2B channels.
- Product marketing targeted at end consumers to enhance overall sales volumes
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales team to ensure results
- Reporting to the General Manager
Desired Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the distribution of Goods and Commercial Strategies involved.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a key leadership role for a large organization.
- Demonstrated experience and capability as a leader who can influence the direction of brand impact by identifying and accessing the most effective channels for retail and commercial.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others; guiding delivery under pressure while building collaboration and cooperation.
- Well-developed communication, presentation, spokesperson and representational skills.
- Demonstrated willingness to be accountable and to receive and give performance related feedback.
- Proven ability to work under pressure including the ability to cope with deadlines, multiple tasks, and competing demands.
- Challenges and confronts conflict, brokering solutions in order to achieve goals.
