Client Service Officers at Oaklands & Johnson Limited

Job Description

•     Meet and liaising with clients.
•     Work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget.
•     Present ideas, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client;
•     Work with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies;
•     Liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;
•     Negotiate with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;

Job Qualifications

•     B.Sc or HND  in any field
•     1-2 years experience in Client service field
•     Not more than 27years of age (original birth certificate will be cited. Age declaration not accepted)
•     Strong proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, and power point
•     Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
•     Presentation skills
•     Verbal communications & Listening skills
•     Must be presentable and well groomed at all times
