    Staffing Coordinator

    Job Description

    • ·         Post to various Internet sites, stay abreast of new sourcing strategies,
    • ·         Coordinate advertising with selected vendors
    • ·         Collect and maintain and manage repository for ads
    • ·         Route all route requisitions to hiring manager
    • ·         Coordinate position descriptions and applications
    • ·         Manage verification processes.
    • ·         Review positive background results with staffing manager
    • ·         Accountable for discussing reference checks and education verifications with staffing Consultant.
    • ·         Manage communication for unsolicited candidates.
    • ·         Produce various reports and general staffing metrics as needed.
    • ·         Follow-up on advertising invoices as requested.
    • ·         Support various staffing initiatives as needed.

    Job Qualifications

    • ·         A Bachelor's degree in human resource related courses.
    • ·         3-5 years experience needed.
    • ·         Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skill required
    • ·         Must be bold and Courageous.
    • ·         Ability to apply initiative in complex situation.
