DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Property Sales Negotiator, you will be working for a dynamic Real Estate Agency using a mixture of negotiation, marketing and sales skills.

Generally you will be:

• Creating visibility and awareness by marketing products in our database to contemporaries and potential customers with the objective of having a closure.
• Database gathering; identifying and sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database.
• Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
• Ability to deliver on key promises
• Must work to meet set monthly targets and KPI
• Must have market knowledge of the industry
• Good command of English Languages

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

• Minimum qualification, HND or B.Sc
• Minimum 1 years + previous
• Property Sales experience is desired
• Must be willing to work late and at weekend when required (Saturday only)
• Must have Driving License
